5/12/2010 … It’s been a busy few weeks; running around town, learning to skateboard, teaching lessons, playing upright, etc, etc. Last week I played two gigs with Spencer Katzman on guitar and David Aaron on tenor sax. Both shows were at the very tasty Dakar restaurant in Bed-Stuy.

March and April brought me into the studio with Joshua Sitron and his very talented group of improvisers both aural and thespian. Look out for our work on the Fox pilot, Allen Gregory, as well as the concept for a children’s show about tapeworms. Fun!

In the coming weeks I will be preparing for another tribute show with This Ambitious Orchestra, an early jazz gig with Amie Amis at Superfine, and my very own Bushwick Open Studio
